Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders placed before 12 pm (EST) are usually processed and shipped the same day.
Business Days
Business days are defined as “Monday-Friday” and do not include holidays and weekends. For example, if an order is placed on Friday after the 2 pm EST cutoff time, the order will ship on the following business day, usually Monday (If not a holiday).
Domestic Shipping
Free Domestic Shipping
All orders over $200 CAD receive free shipping unless exempt which will be displayed on product page.
Standard FREE Shipping
When orders qualify for free shipping the default ship method is Canada Post or an economy based courier.
Expedited Domestic Shipping
We also offer Canada Post Xpresspost as well as many UPS, Purolator, Canpar and ICS ship methods. These will all be displayed at checkout. In cases of Express shipping we may use the best suitable method based on pickup times and pricing, rest assured you will get equal or better service level as you paid for.
International Shipping
Shipment to P.O. boxes
UPS does not ship to PO Boxes so if choosing UPS please ensure it is a physical address that someone can sign for parcel otherwise please use Canada Post.
Returns Policy
60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you have 60 days from purchase date to return it for a full refund. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition that they were shipped and include ALL parts. Items that have been damaged by the customer such as cutting of collar straps etc may not be entitled to a full refund unless exception is made. Please call us.
Customer is responsible for all return ship costs. Please ensure you use a trackable service and consider optional insurance in case package gets lost. We cannot provide a refund until we receive the product back in un-damaged condition and all parts included. It is strongly advised NOT to send it with regular mail.
Return Procedure:
Send Return Request via email to: info@ecollar.ca with the following information:
An RMA # with Return Instructions will be emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours.
Cancellations
You may cancel an order by emailing us at info@ecollar.ca. Additionally its a good idea to call us also at 705-712-3630 to ensure we get to it in time. If your order is cancelled prior to delivery it is considered a cancellation. Shipping costs will be accessed if cancelled after the item has shipped and you will then need to follow our RMA process.
Restocking Fees
A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed on items that have significant wear and tear or have hygienic concerns. Please obtain an RMA # from us before returning an item.
