Shipping

Shipping is calculated at time of checkout and is based on Canada Post rates based on weight and size of package.  You may choose standard parcel service or Express. We may from time to time at our discretion use other courier services such as UPS or FedEx. This will in no way affect the price you have been quoted for shipping nor will it affect the shipping turnaround times. We offer FREE shipping on all orders totaling $200 CDN or more (before taxes). FREE shipping is via Canada Post Regular Parcel or UPS Ground service to any Canadian address with expected delivery time of 2-9 days.

International Shipments

We do not ship Internationally at this time

Combine Shipping and Save

We will be glad to combine shipping to save you money on all items that don't qualify for free shipping, providing that all items fit in one box and don't exceed weight.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our main priority. You may return any item within 30 days for exchange or refund (less shipping and handling). All returned items should be in their original packaging and in resellable condition. All whistles, or any other items with hygenic concerns will NOT be refunded. Please email us at info@ecollar.ca to inquire about exchange or return. We reserve the right to refuse exchange or refund if we feel that hygiene is of concern. Any item returned to us that appears used and not in a resellable condition is subject to a 20% restocking fee. This is strictly enforced. Please note - Any items that were purchased with a free shipping clause will not be re-imbursed (refunded) for the cost of shipping.

Warranty

All items sold carry the manufacturer's original warranty terms. If product becomes defective during the warranty period, please contact the manufacturer directly and obtain instructions on repairing or replacing the product.

Damaged Product(s)

Damaged Products or items that appear to be damaged should be refused at time of delivery. We are not responsible for damages incurred while in transit however all packages are insured with a minimum value of $100 CDN.

Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express for payment. For your convenience we also accept Money Orders and etransfers. If paying by Money Order please keep in mind that it will take much longer to receive your item(s). Please print your invoice at the end of checkout process and mail it along with money order to:

Your item will ship immediately once payment is received. You may also follow up on orders by calling us at 705-712-3630 or emailing us at info@ecollar.ca. Please understand that we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock by the time we receive payment. If the item has become "Out of Stock" we will notify you by email or phone and advise the expected "In Stock" date.

Checkout Process

When you are ready to checkout you will be prompted to enter your shipping information and choose a shipping method. After this step is complete you will be forwarded to the secure payment gateway where credit card information may be entered. All credit card information is encrypted and 100% secure. Our payment gateway is also certified to be hacker safe and tested daily for vulnerabilities. We do not retain any credit card info in our system. This info is only kept in the bank's databases.

Please note: If purchase total (before taxes) is $200 or more, you are eligible for free shipping within Canada. Free shipping is via Canada Post Regular Parcel service to any Canadian address with expected delivery time of 2-9 days.
